警察宿舍群修復再利用
本棟建築保有戰後因生活需求，有機增改建的生活痕跡，記錄了日式宿舍戰後使用的樣貌，修復時特別保存此生活情境氛圍。
以我們眼前這座建築為例，原本的日式木造建築（下圖紅框處），在戰後就經歷了許多次的增改建，木博館接手修復後雖然拆除了增改建結構，但還是保留了一部分牆體做為見證。
走到建築物後方，可以看到原住戶加蓋留下的衛浴設施喔！
這座建築目前包含普濟路13巷1號與3號兩戶門牌，戰後曾同時居住許多戶人家，最後居住在此的，是來自湖南的易爺爺與易奶奶。易爺爺在大溪分局負責開車，和易奶奶育有16名子女，其中4位都是警察，易奶奶還獲頒模範母親的殊榮喔！
Restoration and Reuse of the Police Dormitory Complex
This building retains the remnants of additional structures built after the war to satisfy living needs. It preserves the form of post-war use of the Japanese-era dormitory, and during restoration care was taken to preserve the atmosphere of living conditions at that time.
