The name of this piece, ""Zhu Meng Fei Xiang"" Chair (築夢飛翔椅), holds deep significance, which can be understood through its three main elements: ""築"" (Zhu), ""夢"" (Meng), and ""飛翔"" (Fei Xiang).

First, the character ""築"" refers to bamboo, as its sound echoes the material’s name in Chinese. Bamboo has long symbolized humility and resilience in Chinese culture, and it plays a key role in this design. The designer, Huang Junjie, utilized bamboo’s elasticity and malleability to form the chair's curved backrest and rear legs, highlighting the importance of bamboo in the structure and symbolism of the piece.

Next, ""夢"" or ""dream"" reflects Huang's vision for the design. His dream is to reimagine traditional bamboo furniture through modular structures and creative innovation. By integrating wood, bamboo, and rattan composite materials, he breaks away from the limitations of using a single material, pushing the boundaries of functionality and aesthetics.

Finally, ""飛翔"" or ""flight"" is represented in the chair's form. The armrests spread out like wings, and the wide seat and light legs create a sense of floating for the user, symbolizing freedom and lightness. This element completes the design, bringing Huang’s dream of ""building and flying"" to life.

Together, these three aspects of the name convey the designer’s holistic vision, combining innovation, cultural symbolism, and a sense of aesthetic freedom.
